Well I think that wonder and for the birds are the same because the bigger bird is kind of more different then all of the rest of the birds because he was taller then all of them so they didn't want to be near him or even talk to him but he came right over and he was trying to be nice kind of like Auggie had one or two friends in the being and now he has made a lot of friends because he was being niceand so he got a lot of friends because of that and kind of like the for the birds he was trying to be nice and they just wanted him to go away but he stayed and he sort of fell but they started to peck at his feet so he could fall and so they would be alone but when the where close to pecking all of his toes off the wire he was really close to the ground so when the last toe went of the wire he flung all of the other birds off the wire and into the air so instead of them laughing at him ,he was laughing at them so I think the theme was sort of the same because they both at the being where lonely because of there difference's and now they have friends that care about them and don't care about what they look like and just know that there are nice and wont be mean to them and that's what I think the theme is.

I think the theme is the same because in the video For the Birds the other bird was different because it was taller and bigger then the other birds , and the other birds tried to move away from the bigger bird. They didn't like the bird because they were laughing at the bird. In Wonder the theme was the same as this because like the big bird , August was different from other kids , and at first the kids were being mean to August like the birds were to the other bird , when August was new at the school the kids were afraid of him there.

I think the two themes are alike. Because they are counting out one bird. In wonder all the people are close and all the birds are all having a good time and that bird I like aggie because he had no friends in the begin of the book and now he has lots of friends I think the theme of the book is treat people how you want to be treated

It's related to wonder because all the birds were chirping like to make fun of him and thats like how everyone was calling him freak and stuff like that.

A similar theme I saw was don't judge a book by it's cover because in Wonder, some kids judged Auggie because of his face. In for the Birds, in the beginning, the little birds laughed at the bigger bird because he looked funny. Basically, someone was judging someone by their looks, not their actions.

i think that both of them they are different then others and that is similar with wonder then at the end he had some friends because they were all most the same so thats make a change to the story.they both doesn't have no friends. Now they have some friends

Here is what I think about what wonder and for the birds have in common. August gets judged by how he looks because he doesn't look like everyone else. The big bird in the video can relate to August because all the little birds judge him because he is bigger than the rest of them. Wonder is different from the video because in the video the bird gets his revenge on the little birds for making fun of him. But August does NOT get his revenge to the boys who were being rude to him, and making fun of him. That" what I think. What do you think?

I think that Wonder and For the Birds have similar themes which is don't judge other people by the way they look. I think that because we take so much for granted and don't even think about the fact that that person could be you.

I think that the biggest bird in for the birds represents Auggie because the big bird is different from the rest of the birds like Auggie is different from everyone in his school. Except the big bird get's all the birds that were being mean to him back by letting the wire go and that fluk them up in the air and took all the feathers off of them. In Wonder Auggie does not do anything back to all the kids in the school he just leaves it alone but still feels depressed .

What I think is the same about wonder and birds is that in birds, everybird is the same. They're all little, there blue, yellow beak. So every bird is the same. Until this one bird that shows up and he is very different than all the other birds. He tries to fit in but he's just different and in the end they need him. And that's just like Auggie in wonder. Everyone is normal but when auggie goes to beecher prep, since he has a deformity so he is the only one different and tries to fit in. ANd in the end, they need him.

The similarities in the theme For the Birds and Wonder that I see are close. The theme in Wonder was keep persevering and ignore all the haters. I think this because Auggie was bullied and picked on and all sorts of other mean things happened to him, but did he ever give up? Did he ever quit school? NO! And he got something good out of that... the highest school award. the text said "He is the greatest"..."August Polman please come up here." That was the part where he had just won the award.

I think that For the Birds is look like Wonder, because the big bird he is different from the other birds. But on For the Birds the big bird dry to make friends but in Wonder Auggie is shy but after Auggie have friends but on For the Birds the big bird do not make friends with the other birds. And after like on Wonder Julian make bullying Auggie and after Julian learn hes lesson and written a card for Auggie and they are ok with together and on For the Birds the birds saw that they did something bad to the big bird and some thing bad happened to them.

I think For The Birds and Wonder are similar because in For The Birds the smaller birds are being mean to the other bird because he looks different. Also in Wonder the other kids are mean to Auggie because he looks different. I think they are different because in Wonder Auggie was not supposed to look like he does. But in For The Birds the bird was supposed to look like he did because he was a type of bird that looks like that and the other birds did not like that he was there. But in the end Auggie and the other bird got a laugh out of the whole thing because something happened to the bullies that makes them never want to do it again. ( For The Birds the smaller birds lost their feathers)(Wonder Julian got in trouble for being mean to Auggie)

I think the big giant bird represents Aggie because he is different then all the other birds and in the clip the other birds scoot away and start to whisper and talk smack about the other bird (that represents julian and him calling him a freak) the big bird goes over and tries to "fit in" with the crowd (that repersents aggie trying to fit in with everyone else) but when the birds start to peck him that repersents julian bulian aggie and when the birds realize they're going to be in "big trouble" they try to tell the two other birds (which repersents julian and his crew) to stop eventually they stop but once they stooped the second after they couldn't take it back.
